By creating an account or using Rally, you agree to these Terms, which include the license to use the app. If you do not agree, do not use Rally.
You must be at least 18 to use Rally, and you must provide an accurate date of birth. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. Do not share your account or impersonate others. You can delete your account any time in Settings.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Rally on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
There is no tolerance for objectionable, abusive, harassing, hateful, illegal, or harmful content or behavior. Do not post harassing, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit, or illegal content; spam or defraud others; harass, stalk, or endanger anyone; impersonate others; or attempt to abuse or disrupt the service. Every profile, post, message, event, tailgate, and watch party can be reported from its screen, and you can block any user. We review reports and remove objectionable content and abusive users, typically within 24 hours.
You keep ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Rally a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and share that content as needed to operate the app. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to share it.
Rally helps people find and organize in-person gatherings but does not organize, run, or supervise them and is not responsible for them. You attend and interact with others at your own risk. Meet in public, tell someone where you’re going, and use good judgment.
Ticket purchases are not enabled in the current version. When enabled, the marketplace will let users list and buy tickets from one another; Rally facilitates these peer-to-peer transactions and is not the buyer or seller. Additional terms and fees will be disclosed at that time.
Rally is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee the app is uninterrupted, error-free, or that content (including sports schedules) is accurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rally is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or for the conduct of users or third parties.
You may stop using Rally and delete your account any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or to protect the service. We may update these Terms and will post the new version with an updated date. Questions? Email support@rallyfindyourcrowd.com.
