This Privacy Policy explains how Rally collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects information when you use the Rally mobile application and related services (collectively, "Rally"). Rally is operated by Rally Gameday, LLC ("Rally," "we," "us," or "our"). Contact us at support@rallyfindyourcrowd.com.
Rally is intended only for adults age 18 and older. We do not knowingly permit anyone under 18 to use Rally. If you believe a person under 18 has created an account or provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
Rally does not request background location and does not provide live location sharing between users.
We use information to:
Rally does not sell personal information, use it for cross-company advertising tracking, or display third-party behavioral advertising.
Depending on the feature and your settings, other users may see profile information, photos, posts, comments, reactions, event or group membership, hosted gatherings, marketplace listings, ratings, and content shared in a conversation or community. Private messages and restricted group content are intended for conversation members, but recipients can save or reshare what they receive. Blocking affects visibility and contact inside Rally but cannot remove copies another person already saved. Rally chat is not end-to-end encrypted; do not use it to send highly sensitive information.
Marketplace counterparties receive information needed to complete a transaction. For example, a seller receives the buyer's ticket-transfer email after payment authorization. Authorized administrators may review reports, associated snapshots, transaction records, and transfer proof for support, safety, fraud, or dispute resolution.
We disclose information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes in this policy:
Sports schedule providers supply Rally with event data and ordinarily do not receive Rally account information.
We may also disclose information when required by valid legal process; to investigate fraud, abuse, threats, or illegal content; to protect rights and safety; or as part of a business reorganization, financing, acquisition, or transfer, subject to appropriate protections and notice where required.
We retain information while an account is active and as reasonably needed for the uses described above. Different records have different retention periods.
You can request account deletion from Settings → Delete Account. The current deletion process marks the account deleted, blocks subsequent API access, revokes API sessions, removes notification devices and public profile fields, and de-identifies or hides certain records in Rally's database. If an account participated in a marketplace transaction involving money during the previous 30 days, some of that database cleanup may be delayed for up to 30 additional days to handle chargebacks, disputes, fraud, and transaction integrity.
When the deletion completes, uploaded photos and files are removed from storage and any Sign in with Apple authorization is revoked. Messages you sent in group or event chats may remain visible to the other members, attributed to a deleted-account placeholder rather than your name, because removing them would alter conversations other people took part in; you can delete individual messages before deleting your account.
Transaction, refund, payout, tax, safety-report, fraud-prevention, audit, and legal records may be retained longer when reasonably necessary or required by law. Deleted data may remain temporarily in backups and service-provider systems until their normal deletion cycles complete. Data retained for these limited purposes is not used to keep the deleted account active.
We may need to verify your identity before completing a privacy request. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.
We use safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network connections, access controls, password hashing, scoped service credentials, session revocation, audit logging, and access restrictions designed to limit transfer-proof files to authorized requests.No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or loss will never occur.
Rally is currently offered in the United States. Information may be processed and stored in the United States by Rally and its service providers. If availability expands, we will update this policy and implement any additional required safeguards.
Rally may run occasional promotions, giveaways, or referral programs. If you participate, we use your account email and referral activity to administer entries, select winners, and prevent fraud, as described in each promotion's official rules. Referral codes identify the friend who invited you.
We may update this policy as Rally changes. We will post the revised version with a new effective date and provide additional notice of material changes when appropriate.
